MUCUGL Thursday 31st July 2014: Managing and Monitoring Lync in the Enterprise

I’m calling it, Summer is here, it’s the July Microsoft UC User Group London. As always, at the Polycom EEC London, near Liverpool Street Station.

This month we have special guest Phillip Priestley from Unify² . Phil is a Managing Architect with Unify Square based in the UK specializing in corporate strategy, design and implementation of complex Microsoft UC solutions. He has a broad range of industries including Finance, Retail, Defence, Education and Local Government from SMBs to Complex Multinational organisations

Phil will be talking about operating and monitoring Lync in the Enterprise. Lync provides lots of functionality and integration options, which means Enterprise deployments can be Large and Complex. Good management and monitoring are vital. Come and see how free native Microsoft tools can be used to operate and monitor your Lync environment and how 3rd party tools can provide additional benefits and value to your Lync deployment to enhance your end user experience.

An interesting topic and I’m sure will provoke some good conversations and debate.
