- Tom Arbuthnot is a Managing Consultant at Modality Systems, which involves planning, design and deployment of all aspects of Microsoft Unified Communications and integration with existing enterprise telephony environments.
- Before joining Modality, Tom worked for a leading Cisco Unified Communications Partner, so has a good understanding of the Cisco UC proposition and a unique perspective on the relative benefits of the Microsoft offering.
- Tom holds a BSc in Management from Loughborough University and is a Lync MVP and Microsoft Lync Certified Master.
- Adam Jacobs works as an engineer at Polycom, focussed on the development of the Microsoft product portfolio which encompasses voice/video products and collaboration solutions. Prior to joining Polycom, he spent 15years+ within the IT industry.
- Adam is passionate about Unified Communications (UC) technology and sharing information within the IT community.
- He runs a UC Blog (I’m a UC Blog), has written various articles for Microsoft TechNet, participated as a speaker at various technology events and was awarded the Microsoft MVP for Lync Server in 2010.
- Adam re-located to the San Francisco Bay Area in Summer 2013, but continues to co-manage the user group and present over video (occasionally in-person)
- Justin has 7 years enterprise IT infrastructure experience in Australia and the UK deploying Microsoft identity, messaging and communications platforms.
- He joined Modality Systems in October 2009 as a Consultant designing, deploying and configuring Microsoft Unified Communications solutions in the UK.
- Prior to joining Modality Systems, Justin built up the Microsoft Unified Communications solution offering for a leading systems integrator in the Asia Pacific region.
- He is active in the global Microsoft UC community via twitter and a technical blog and has previously co-chaired a Microsoft UC User Group in Melbourne, Australia. Justin holds MCITP qualifications in Windows Server, Exchange Server and Lync Server.
- Justin Morris left the UK and re-located back to Oz in summer 2014, Justin now runs a UC User Group in Sydney and we hope one day he will come back and present at MUCUGL again.
